Meet the Washers
Your washer is your child’s teacher, the person you sit next to at church, maybe even your neighbor! Our washers partake in an extensive interview and training process before they take on any clients. Most importantly our washers are a part of the communities they serve and love where they live!

Washer in Van Alstyne, Anna, and Melissa, Texas
Favorite Bible Verse: Isaiah 43:2
I’m a wife & mama of 2, and I love being with my family, sewing & quilting, and spending time at our church. As a stay at home mama, I’m showing my children how to serve others through Christ. That no matter what someone is going through, they will never be alone if they have Jesus & fellow followers of the faith in their life.
The best part of washing for S&L is the intentional spiritual investment that we are able to pour over our clients. We’re helping them with their everyday life, while simultaneously supporting them through Kingdom service. A shorter to-do list AND more people to pray for your family? Sign me up!

Mama to 4 and wife. I am co-director of a local mom’s group, and I love Jesus! I love working with Salt & Light because of the community. Everyone is so encouraging and there for each other. I love to be a part of it. I also love being able to pray for my sweet clients!

My husband and I have been washing for the Waco area since December 2022. My favorite thing about working for S&L is building relationships with our clients and knowing I am taking a burden off of them!

I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 26 years in June. Together, we have five beautiful and amazing blessings. Madison (24 years old) Meagan (22 years old) Joshua (17 years old) Matthew (11 years old) Savannah (8 years old). Our family enjoys traveling and being in the mountains of Montana. I’m so excited to be working with Salt & Light Laundry Services and feel this is a special place with caring people.

Favorite Bible Verse: Phillipians 4:13
I have 7 grandchildren who call me "Lovey". I’ve been married to the love my life for 42 years. I’m a big prayer warrior, and my favorite verse is Phillipians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who has strengthen me”. Salt and Light still allows me time to spend with family any day of the week. This Christian ministry is exactly what this prayer warrior was looking for.

Hi! I was born into a military family in Fort Hood, Texas. I am a proud wife of almost 24 years, mom of 3 and Grammy of 4. We moved to Brock 3 years ago and are loving the country life. I have primarily been a stay at home mom and have loved every minute of it. I decided to find something I love to do since my son is growing up, and I have extra time. Salt and Lights community is such a blessing, and I’m grateful to be a part of it, we are truly treated like family!
